I confirm that I am a RERA-registered real estate agent and legally authorized to operate within the United Arab Emirates.

Upon successful registration, I will be issued a unique Partner ID.
I will receive access to a dedicated Agent Portal provided by DEEJOS Interiors LLC.
This portal will allow me to:
- Submit property owner leads.
- Track the status of each submitted lead in real time.
- View approved commissions and disbursement schedules.
- Download reports and manage lead submissions transparently.

All leads submitted must be:
- Genuine and directly sourced by me.
- Shared exclusively through the Agent Portal using my Partner ID.
- Relevant to services offered by DEEJOS, including interior design, renovation, villa construction, and fit-out works.
I understand that duplicate, fake, or already-existing leads may be rejected after internal verification.

Commissions will be applicable only when a submitted lead converts into a confirmed booking and advance payment is received by DEEJOS.
Commission percentage and disbursement schedule will be:
- Clearly displayed in the Agent Portal
- Shared in writing upon registration approval
I understand that commissions are:
- Paid via bank transfer within 15 working days of qualifying event.
- Non-payable if the client cancels the project or fails to make payment.

This registration does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
I am operating as an independent referral partner, not entitled to visa, salary, benefits, or office privileges.

I agree:

Not to collect any money from clients on behalf of DEEJOS.
Not to misrepresent DEEJOS's packages, offers, or timelines.
Not to guarantee discounts or commissions to clients without written authorization.
To act in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner when representing DEEJOS.

All leads, pricing, project details, and internal communications are strictly confidential.
Any misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or sharing of data will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

DEEJOS Interiors LLC reserves the right to:

Suspend or revoke my Partner ID at any time for misconduct, inactivity, or policy violations.
Modify or terminate the Agent Referral Program at its discretion with prior notice.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the Emirate of Dubai.
